In the previous episode, Lim Sun (Mi-Jin's older version) discovered that hospital director Baek Cheol-Gyu knew her aunt. Her aunt disappeared years ago and Mi-Jin used her name for her older form. Cheol-Gyu compared her missing aunt's blood type to Lim Sun's, which made her suspicious of him. Meanwhile, top star Ko Won confessed his feelings to Mi-Jin. Ji-Ung was devastated when he saw the two together at night.
Miss Night and Day episode 11 shows Lim Sun waiting for prosecutor Ji-Ung at the office. She wonders why he is late when Byeong-Deok tells her that their boss is sick.
