Production on Monarch: Legacy of Monsters Season 2 has begun.

Monarch: Legacy of Monsters premiered on Apple TV+ in November 2023. The series is set within the Monsterverse franchise and is set after the events of 2014's Godzilla. The series follows two half-siblings, Cate and Kentaro, as they investigate the disappearance of their father and his ties to the Monarch organization.

Monarch: Legacy of Monsters was officially renewed for a second season in April 2024.

Now, X account Mr. Goji has collected behind-the-scenes photos shared by Joe Tippett (who plays Tim) and Anna Sawai (who plays Cate) announcing that production has begun on Monarch: Legacy of Monsters season 2.
