The Judicial Council and the Bar Association (JBC) has decided to extend the deadline for submitting applications until 8 August.
Marife Lomibao-Cuevas, Registrar of the Supreme Court and Ex-Officio Secretary of the JBC, explained in an announcement that this is aimed at “allowing applicants sufficient time to complete their online application and submit the required documentation in the JBC Online Registration Application System (JBC ORAS).
The JBC began accepting applications in preparation for the retirement of CA Presiding Justice Mariflor Castillo and Sandiganbayan Presiding Justice Amparo Cabotaje-Tang.
