Mumbai-based Locomotive Global Media has announced Vikas Sharma as the new head of Film Projects. He will oversee film development and acquisitions.

Sharma previously worked for eight years as an associate producer at Bandra West Pictures, where he worked with Airlift and Barah Aana director Raja Krishna Menon.
