It's time for Dr. Jimmy Palmer (Brian Dietzen) to meet his girlfriend's father, Special Agent Jessica Knight (Katrina Law), on NCIS. CBS has released photos that give a sneak peek of what to expect.

Russell Wong guest stars as Knight's father, NCIS Special Agent in Charge Feng Zhao, in the March 25 episode, "The Plan." He helps the team unravel the mystery of a missing agent's recently used service weapon. McGee (Sean Murray) also goes into a tailspin when DNA results reveal a close relative he never knew existed. "Not everything necessarily goes according to plan, without giving too much away about what's going to happen, but that's NCIS, right? Nothing can go exactly according to plan," Dietzen told TV Insider about Palmer's meeting with Knight's father.
"But as we've seen over the last year and a half with Jimmy and Jessica, there were some bumps along the way, and some bumps in the road on their journey to saying 'I love you' in the squad room," he continued. "This could be one of the more important moments in their relationship that we see to say, what happens next and who are we together? This episode and meeting her family is going to raise a lot of questions about, what do we do? And while I won't answer their conclusions — in fact, I don't think the episode does, to be honest — it does open a lot of doors and raise a lot of questions for the future."
