Baby Reindeer's Alleged STALKER Fiona Harvey Speaks Out in Piers Morgan Interview | E! News
EXCLUSIVE: Netflix has admitted that the real-life Martha from the show has not been convicted of stalking, in a move that could strike at the heart of a $170 million lawsuit over Baby Reindeer.
Deadline can reveal that Netflix has acknowledged that Martha – who was identified as Scottish lawyer Fiona Harvey shortly after Baby Reindeer premiered – was only the subject of a court order over her interactions with Richard Gadd, the creator of the Emmy-nominated series that is billed as a “true story.”
The admission came in a letter to the UK parliament's Culture, Media and Sport Committee after a lawmaker questioned evidence Netflix provided to MPs during a hearing earlier this year. Netflix's letter has so far gone unreported.
