Another series is still in the works that will serve as a spin-off of The Batman.

The Penguin, executive produced by Dylan Clark, will make its official HBO premiere in September. The Penguin is a spinoff of 2022's The Batman and will see Colin Farrell reprise his role as Oswald "Oz" Cobblepot.

Clark told Entertainment Weekly about The Penguin and said that research is already underway for a new Batman spinoff series.

"There's another television exploration that we're going to do," he said. "We're looking at this whole world as it relates to who Batman is — the antagonists around them, all the crime that needs to be addressed in the city — and trying to figure out where are the areas that are best explored."
