Beetlejuice Beetlejuice | Official Trailer 2
With Tim Burton’s long-awaited sequel to his beloved 1988 horror comedy less than two months away from release, promotion for it is ramping up. So this latest Beetlejuice Beetlejuice trailer does a great job of showcasing the weird and wonderful world of the dead.
The trailer opens with Jenna Ortega's Astrid Deetz dishing out some acidic insults to her snarky classmates. We then learn that she's not exactly a fan of her mother's infamous past in "The Ghost House" and doesn't believe in the supernatural. Something of a reverse version of the dynamic between Lydia and her parents in the first film
Something happens that makes Winona Ryder's Lydia Deetz summon Betelgeuse. And so the underworld antics ensue as Keaton's Ghost With the Most bursts forth like old times, backed by the Bee Gees track Tragedy.
