Nintendo has officially revealed its mysterious Emio game, just a week after its teaser. It's a new installment in the Famicom Detective Club series.

The new game was officially shown off in a new trailer and announcement from Nintendo and is a new installment in a franchise that spans nearly four decades.

Emio – The Smiling Man: Famicom Detective Club is coming to Nintendo Switch on August 29, 2024. Check out a trailer for the game and a conversation with producer and writer Yoshio Sakamoto below:

This new mystery thriller tells the story of an assistant private investigator at the Utsugi Detective Agency who is tasked with helping the police solve a crime that may be connected to a series of unsolved murders dating back 18 years.
