Orange Sky Golden Harvest, the spin-off from East Asia’s once dominant Golden Harvest film studio and credited with founding Bruce Lee, has issued a warning to investors of mounting losses. It is the company’s fourth profit warning in the past two years.

The company has distanced itself from Lee's legacy and now owns the largest cinema chain in Singapore, along with others in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
For the six months to June, management warned that losses could rise from HK$25 million ($3.2 million) to as much as HK$100 million, a move it blamed on impairment losses and a decline in operating profits. That could be a sign that box office is struggling to recover in the more mature economies of East Asia, where OSGH focuses.
With shares trading at HK$0.051 each on Friday, the company's market capitalization has fallen to HK$151 million ($19.3 million).
