Former Showtime Networks and Paramount Pictures executive Geoff Stier returns to Melrose as EVP of Production, reporting to Daria Cercek and Michael Ireland, co-presidents of Paramount Motion Picture Group.
Stier most recently served as SVP of Original Programming at Showtimes Networks. From 2009 to 2017, he was EVP of Production at Paramount Pictures. During that time, he was responsible for such major hits as 2010's True Grit (one of the highest-grossing Westerns of all time, grossing $252 million worldwide), World War Z ($540.4 million worldwide), Oscar winner The Big Short, the Daddy's Home franchise, Annihilation, Oscar winner Selma and many more.
