Help! I'm in a Secret Relationship season 2 will premiere on Paramount Plus on July 31. The second season was originally set to premiere on MTV in February 2023 and conclude in January 2024. The reality series stars Travis Mills and Rahne Jones, two investigators who specialize in love dynamics and secret relationships.
