EXCLUSIVE: Quentin Plair (Apples Never Fall) and Wynn Everett (Ordinary Joe) are set to star opposite Glen Powell in Chad Powers, Hulu’s upcoming half-hour comedy series based on an Eli Manning sketch that premiered on ESPN+. In addition to Powell, Plair and Everett join the previously announced Perry Mattfeld as Ricky, Frankie A. Rodriguez as Danny, and Steve Zahn as Jake Hudson.
In the series, which Powell and Michael Waldron co-created and executive produced, Russ Holliday disguises himself as the talented, suave Chad Powers when his bad behavior ruins the college career of the successful quarterback (Powell). He joins a struggling Southern football team and goes to work as the talented, suave Chad Powers.
Plair plays Coach Byrd and Everett plays Tricia.
