During the flag-raising ceremony on Monday, Department of Health (DOH) Undersecretary Ma. Rosario Vergeire presented the agency’s flag to Herbosa.
The handover ceremonies coincided with the DOH's 125th anniversary.
In his speech, Herbosa promised to continue the good governance and implement the reforms that Vergeire had introduced.
