SM Entertainment’s award-winning girl group Red Velvet is releasing a special song, “Sweet Dreams,” for their 10th anniversary. The music label has shared the release date and time of the group’s upcoming anniversary song.

Red Velvet made their official debut in the K-pop world on August 1, 2014 with the hit song "Happiness" featuring four members, Irene, Seulgi, Wendy and Joy. The fifth and final member of the girl group Yeri joined the group in 2015.

Red Velvet's new song "Sweet Dreams" will be released on August 1 at 6:00 PM KST in South Korea, 5:00 AM ET and 2:00 AM PT in the United States, 10:00 AM BST in the United Kingdom, and 2:30 PM in India.

According to SM Entertainment, "Sweet Dreams" is a medium-tempo song with an upbeat melody and semi-riffs that use the arpeggio technique. The song was specially created to thank the fandom that has supported the group over the past decade. The soothing vocals of the upcoming song can also sound like a lullaby to wish ReVeluvs (Red Velvet's fandom name) a warm goodnight.
