In 4DX, audiences experience moving seats, scents, wind, strobe lights and even simulated snow, all timed to the events of the film. Seeing Twisters in this immersive format has gone viral, with fans posting video reactions before and after seeing the disaster film. Disappointed fans who missed Twisters 4DX after its one-week window got good news from Regal. The theater chain announced on X that the Glen Powell-starring film will soon be back in theaters in 4DX:

Based on all the tweets fans have been sending to Regal, it should come as no surprise that popular demand is bringing back the viral movie experience. Twisters already made a huge splash at the box office, grossing $220.9 million . You can thank the 4DX experience for its part, as Variety reports that ticket sales for the unique format totaled approximately $2.1 million. That's 30% higher than the record-holding 4DX opening weekend of Super Mario Bros. Movie with $1.57 million. As Glen Powell's character Tyler says in the film, "If you can feel it… chase it!"
