NEWS ALERT: Kamala Just Called Off Her Campaign?
EXCLUSIVE: Vice President Kamala Harris has enlisted an old friend and Hollywood veteran to re-introduce her to the country and the world at this week's Democratic National Convention.
Reginald Hudlin directed the short film about Harris that precedes the VP’s speech Thursday as the party’s historic presidential candidate. The biopic, which debuts August 22, follows Harris from her childhood in Oakland, CA to the corridors of power in Sacramento and Washington DC and is about 10 minutes long, we've heard.
"Reggie is the perfect person to do this," says an insider at the Chicago convention. "He knows her (Harris) well, they're friends and he clearly has the qualities."
