About 19.42 million people watched the second night of the 2020 RNC, when much of the event was virtual due to the Covid pandemic. The convention drew about 19.76 million in 2016.
The figures cover 11 networks that aired the show from 10 p.m. ET to 11:15 p.m. ET.
