Former WWE Women's World Champion Rhea Ripley turned her attention to The Judgment Day leader, Finn Balor. On the latest edition of WWE Raw, Damian Priest called Balor out for betraying him at WWE SummerSlam. For the uninitiated, Balor cost Priest his World Heavyweight Championship against Gunther.
Rhea Ripley Roasts Finn Balor With Cruel Message After WWE Raw
Following Priest's callout, Balor appeared on the rampage entrance screen, where he revealed his reasons for betraying Priest. Balor explained that he hasn't forgotten that Priest cost him the World Heavyweight Championship at SummerSlam last year. He also introduced the new Judgment Day lineup, featuring Balor, JD McDonagh, Carlito, Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan.
Balor announced that JD McDonagh would face Damian Priest later in the show. During the match, Balor attacked Priest, resulting in a disqualification. The New Judgment Day then turned their attention to Priest. Despite being outnumbered, Priest fought off all of his attackers and nearly captured Balor. As he prepared to give Balor a Razor's Edge, Liv Morgan interfered, giving Dominik Mysterio the opportunity to attack Priest.
As Priest was dealing with attacks from Mysterio and Morgan, Rhea Ripley came to his aid. However, amid the chaos, Ripley, who was focused on confronting Mysterio and Morgan, failed to notice Finn Balor. This omission was recently highlighted on X (formerly Twitter), prompting Ripley to ridicule Balor by making a comment about his height.
