SEN. ROBIN PADILLA URGES SENATE TO INVESTIGATE PROBLEM OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT
“This bill aims to professionalize the talent management industry by requiring talent managers to obtain a license so they can adhere to certain standards,” said Padilla, who filed Senate Bill 2778.
“They are also required to keep documents and records of their transactions so that they can be regulated and audited by the government,” he added.
The senator said the proposed measure also “defines the liability of media networks that own, manage or operate a talent management company.”
