Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez welcomed the submission of the progress report of the Third National Government and the Intergovernmental Relations Body (IGRB) of the Bangsamoro government to President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.

“The submission of this progress report to President Marcos is an important milestone in our joint efforts to promote lasting peace and development in Mindanao,” the House leader said.
Romualdez accompanied Marcos in receiving the report from Budget Secretary Amenah Pangandaman and Education Secretary Mohagher Iqbal of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), co-chairs of the IGRB, during a simple ceremony held at the Heroes Hall of the Malacanang Palace last Monday.
The IGRB was established under the Bangsamoro Organic Law and serves as a mechanism for coordination and cooperation between the national government and the Bangsamoro government.
