Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez said the House of Representatives will prioritize job creation, quality education, comprehensive health care and social protection in appropriating the proposed P6.352-trillion budget for 2025.

Romualdez received the National Expenditure Program (NEP) for 2025 from Budget Secretary Amenah Pangandaman during a ceremony at the House of Representatives on Monday.
“A sum of Php 6,352 trilyons and a sum of 6,352 trilyons could earn a pangarap on the card and earn a bawat Pilipino,” Romualdez said.
“When the 2025 national budget is passed, the economy will focus on the development of health care, but also on education for education, and supporting universal health care,” he added. “Malinaw ang misyon natin: Ang mabigyan ng trabaho, edukasyon, at alagang pangkalusugan ang bawat pamilyang Pilipino.”
