Roseanne Barr wants everyone to know that she and her team did not film RFK Jr.'s bizarre anecdote about placing a dead bear cub in New York City's Central Park a decade ago, but she is grateful for the publicity for the increasingly weird Kennedy scion and presidential candidate.
RFK JR Reveals to Roseanne Barr That He PUBLISHED THE DEAD BEAR CUB Incident
"This was not filmed by me or my team," Barr wrote in a post on X. "This was off the cuff after the interview. No spin here – just a fun story. It's nice to see RFK finally getting some press – even if it was during an economic crash from the Biden Harris administration. Well done, journalists!"
Yesterday, Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. attempted to preempt the dead bear revelations in the August 5 edition of The New Yorker by posting a video chat with Barr in which he recounted finding a dead bear cub on a road in the Hudson Valley and driving the body to Central Park as a joke.
In 2014, Kennedy was driving in the Hudson Valley of New York when he says he saw a van attack and kill a bear cub. "So I pulled over, picked the bear up and put him in the back of my van, because I was going to skin the bear and he was in really good shape," Kennedy told Barr. He also said he was going to eat the bear meat.
