Deadpool & Wolverine star Ryan Reynolds took to X (formerly Twitter) to express his appreciation for Wesley Snipes' Blade, sharing some behind-the-scenes photos from his reunion with the veteran action star. It's been two decades since Reynolds and Snipes first starred together in Blade: Trinity, the latter's final solo film as the iconic Daywalker.
Ryan Reynolds Wants a Logan-esque Farewell Movie for Wesley Snipes' Blade
Reynolds credits Wesley Snipes' Blade for paving the way for the creation of the Fox Marvel Universe and the Marvel Cinematic Universe. For this reason, he believes Marvel Studios should give Snipes a farewell Blade film similar to Hugh Jackman's 2017 film Logan.
There is no Fox Marvel Universe or MCU without Blade creating a market first. He is Marvel Daddy. Please retweet for a Logan-esque sendoff. #DeadpoolAndWolverine pic.twitter.com/wGv2ixBT8G
