SAGIP party representative Rodante Marcoleta refuted the claim of Electoral Commission Chairman George Garcia that he has no bank accounts abroad.

During Thursday's press conference, Marcoleta said a volunteer could deposit $100 each at the Bank of New York Mellon and Scotia Bank and Trust Cayman LTD, both under the name George Erwin Mojica Garcia of Shang Grand Tower Perea st., Unit 438 Legaspi Village, Makati City.
Marcoleta showed the media the bank transactions.
“This is very conclusive,” Marcoleta said. “No one can say this is just an accusation because we have already verified his offshore bank accounts.”
