Saoirse Ronan reflects on Ryan Gosling's 'sad' dismissal from The Lovely Bones over 'creative differences'
In a new interview, Ronan spoke candidly about the moment Gosling was fired from the supernatural film based on Alic Sebold's 2002 novel of the same name.
"I just loved Ryan. And his dog, George. I was just sad that he was going to be gone," Ronan said on the Happy Sad Confused podcast. "But I think the reasons why they broke up were completely valid."
Ronan continued: "I've spoken to both of them now and I'm completely — it happens, you know what I mean? It's not necessarily personal; it's just that sometimes you're not on the same page."
