Vice President Sara Duterte has no intention of simply ignoring Senate President Francis Escudero's comments.

After Escudero told her to stop blaming the Marcos government for the country's problems and instead do her part to solve such problems, the vice president responded with some leadership advice and a touch of shade.
In a statement on Facebook, Duterte described the qualities of a true leader and said holding champagne glasses is not part of the job.
“I use my position, resources, and platform to be the voice that shows our government officials HOW TO COMMAND,” she said.
