The SC Public Information Office (SCPIO) reported that the SC Committee on Sustainability and Environmental Protection, chaired by Judge Marvic Leonen, has already approved the partnership.
The SCPIO said that “the Committee will propose that Project NOAH be used as a guideline for administrative decisions on the location of justice buildings.”
“While government maps use historical risk assessments based on past events, Project NOAH uses probability assessments based on climate change data, among other things,” it added.
