Education Minister Bridget Phillipson said she would launch a review of the primary and secondary school curriculum to introduce critical thinking across multiple subjects.
The attack follows recent unrest in more than a dozen English towns and cities following the knife attack in Southport, which authorities say was sparked by online misinformation and far-right agitators.
The stabbing, allegedly carried out by British-born Axel Rudakubana, who was 17 at the time, left three children dead. Police have not released a suspected motive for the attack but said it was not being treated as terrorism.
