Former Disney Channel star Skai Jackson was arrested last week on domestic abuse charges against her boyfriend. Authorities allege the actress, now 22, had gotten into a physical altercation with her partner on more than one occasion at Universal Studios Hollywood, leading West Hollywood officers to arrest Jackson.

According to TMZ, Skai Jackson was reportedly spotted by security at Universal CityWalk acting aggressive and violent. She was in an argument with her boyfriend and pushed him multiple times. As a result, security detained the couple and contacted the LA Sheriff's Department.
When officers arrived, Jackson reportedly denied that there had been a physical altercation. She stated that the man she was with was her fiancé and that she was pregnant with his child. However, when officers reviewed security footage, they saw evidence that she was lying. As a result, she was arrested for domestic violence.
According to publicly available records from the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department, Skai Jackson was arrested at approximately 5:50 p.m. on August 9, 2024, and booked into the West Hollywood Sheriff's Station at 6:30 p.m. She was released on $20,000 bail at approximately 9:30 p.m. Information regarding her next court appearance is not yet available. However, as of this writing, the LA County District Attorney's Office has not yet decided whether to pursue or drop the charges.
