Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez on Friday officiated the first region-wide Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair (BPSF) held in Eastern Visayas.

“I am proud that I can be proud of the program of Pangulong Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos Jr. who has become napakarami when he gets into trouble. It would have started the campaign of the Bagong Pilipinas against Pangulo, and helped the city’s government leaders,” Romualdez said.

The BPSF has rolled out a total of P1.26 billion in government services and financial assistance to 253,000 beneficiaries, the largest amount so far in the history of the year-old service caravan program.

The main BPSF was held in Tacloban City, concurrent with smaller BPSF in Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, Samar, Southern Leyte and Biliran.
