Former Senate President Juan Miguel Zubiri is not one to fuss about his attire for President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s third State of the Nation Address (SONA) on July 22.
ZUBIRI WEARS TESOROS
Zubiri said he will wear an old Tesoros barong while attending the third SONA of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. at the Batasang Pambansa.
“Just an old recycled Tesoros Barong. I don't believe in the fashionista look that has to be worn during SONA,” Zubiri said.
He said the focus on SONA fashion distracts the audience from the topics covered during the annual national address.
