The cast of Soulm8te continues to grow. Deadline reports that David Rysdahl has joined to star in the upcoming film set in the M3GAN universe.
M3GAN Spin-off Soulm8te Adds Fargo Actor David Rysdahl!
According to Deadline's report, Rysdahl will star opposite Lily Sullivan in the upcoming project. In the film, Rysdahl will play a man who acquires an Artificially Intelligent android (played by Sullivan) to help him cope with the loss of his wife.
“In an attempt to create a truly sentient partner, the man inadvertently turns a harmless love robot into a deadly soul mate,” the film's logline reads.
Soulm8te is directed by Kate Dolan (You Are Not My Mother) from a script she rewrote, originally by Rafael Jordan, based on a story by James Wan.
