The cast of Soulm8te continues to grow. Deadline reports that The Boys star Claudia Doumit has joined the upcoming film set in the M3GAN universe.

Doumit's role in the upcoming film is unknown, but she will star alongside previously cast David Rysdahl and Lily Sullivan in the project. Rysdahl will play a man who acquires an Artificially Intelligent android (played by Sullivan) to help him cope with the loss of his wife.
Soulm8te is directed by Kate Dolan (You Are Not My Mother) from a script she rewrote but originally came from Rafael Jordan, based on a story by James Wan. Doumit is best known for her role as Victoria Neuman in the hit Prime Video series The Boys, but has also made notable appearances in other projects including Where'd You Go, Bernadette, Dude and Dylan & Zoey.
“In an attempt to create a truly sentient partner, the man inadvertently turns a harmless love robot into a deadly soul mate,” the film's logline reads.
