The first trailer for the new Disney+ Lucasfilm series Star Wars: Skeleton Crew debuted Friday at the Honda Center at Disney's D23 in Anaheim

Jude Law took the stage and said the series is reminiscent of the Amblin fantasy children's films of the 80s, like The Goonies.

“I fell in love with Star Wars when I was a 10-year-old boy,” he said. “[This] series is told from the perspective of the children.”
