An Iskooper said the stakes are high for BP in 2025 and he is therefore prepared to do anything – even turn his back on his loyal sponsors – to ensure his political survival.
There are already signs that BP is distancing itself from personalities close to the Dutertes. He has become noticeably more subdued in recent months, choosing to travel around the country rather than actively seek out interviews to get airtime.
BP's plan to switch is not without complications, as he risks burning bridges with the Dutertes if he switches to the Marcoses' side.
