People with highly technical professions no longer have to fear a boring education and military haircuts when applying for a job at the Bureau of Corrections (BuCor).

BuCor Director General Gregorio said on Thursday (Aug. 8) that he has ordered changes in the agency's training courses to attract recruits with high-tech professions.
“It is possible that you sign up for physical training, while not using a magpa haircut,” he said.
Under the changes, candidates with high technical qualifications will receive 45 days of training instead of six months.
