According to series co-creator Bill Lawrence, a fourth season of Ted Lasso in some form is still a possibility.
Is Ted Lasso Season 4 happening or will it be canceled? Co-creator Bill Lawrence gives an update.
Speaking to Collider about his new show, Bad Monkey, Lawrence was asked about the future of the beloved Apple TV Plus show and whether there's a chance of a fourth season of Ted Lasso.
“Groupthink happens sometimes, even without talking to each other, and every actor, actress, writer, producer on that show — and [we didn’t] come together and decide that this was the message — we all loved the experience. As fans, we would all kill if it happened again, but everyone would say the same thing, which is: Whatever Jason [Sudeikis] wants to do and whatever he decides, we’re all for it.”
"He's not only the star, he's the lead writer, and he's also the guy who has to completely turn his life upside down and move to a foreign country with young kids." Lawrence continued, "It's a huge deal. So as a fan, I go nuts when someone says, 'Oh, it's happening again.' As a partner, I'm open to whatever he wants to do."
