UPDATED: Netflix has released the official trailer for Terminator Zero, the upcoming animated franchise reboot. The series will premiere on Judgment Day, August 29, the same date in 1997 that, as revealed in Terminator 2: Judgment Day, the artificial intelligence network known as Skynet becomes self-aware and takes over its human masters, leading to an all-out war between humanity and machines.

“Tomorrow is the end of the world,” is a dire warning heard in the trailer as scientist Malcolm Lee tries to save the world.
