The third chapter in the franchise saw a plethora of unimaginable things. The ending of Terrifier 3 delivers a horrifying and intense climax. Art the Clown captures Sienna at her aunt and uncle’s house. She then wakes up tied to a chair. Across from her, Aunt Jessica is in a similar state and is being forced to feed live rats. Meanwhile, her Uncle Greg’s decapitated body is gruesomely displayed with his head on the Christmas tree. On the other hand, Victoria, possessed by a demon, is with Art and reveals a skull full of rats, claiming it to be Gabbie’s, only to later suggest it is Jonathan, Sienna’s brother.

The demon inside Victoria then tries to possess Sienna, but her resilience keeps her from succumbing. Meanwhile, Art tries to kill Gabbie, but an unexpected twist occurs. Gabbie insists that Sienna open her gift first. As Sienna opens the gift, a sword emerges. Sienna then uses the sword to stab Victoria, disintegrating her and creating a demonic void.
