In Terrifier 3, Art returns in the opening scene, continuing the terror that Terrifier 2 left off. Although he was killed by Sienna Shaw in the previous film, Art's death was not permanent. The film opens with his decapitated body attacking a man it happens to come across. In a terrifying sequence, Art uses the man's head to replace his own, revealing a new level of his supernatural powers.
