Terrifier 3 has finally hit theaters in the United States and the film has been receiving nothing but rave reviews from horror fans, with excellent reviews on Rotten Tomatoes and Metacritic. What’s more, even critics have been giving the film a good word. Following the story of the two Shaw siblings, the third installment sees Sienna and her brother Jonathan trying to adjust to their new life after previous encounters with Art the Clown. But as they begin to rebuild and prepare for Christmas, the terrifying clown returns for his murderous rampage.

After the release of Terrifier 3, the film has stirred up the hearts of cinema lovers all over the world. Not only the film is receiving all the praise, but critics are also not holding back their words of appreciation for director Damien Leone.

Leone has been the director of the Terrifier film franchise since its debut in 2016. Erik Piepenburg of The New York Times praised his work in his review, writing, "No one pushes the boundaries of horror quite like writer-director Damien Leone. Eight years ago, his killer clown film "Terrifier" was a smash hit. Its 2022 sequel unexpectedly broke into the mainstream and has so far grossed more than $15 million, a huge haul for a gory exploitation slasher."

In his review, Jacob Hall of Slash Film wrote, "This is a film that sets out on its own dark mission and accomplishes that mission with undeniable skill." Meanwhile, Michael Ordona of The Wrap praised the third film, writing, "Terrifier 3 improves upon its predecessors, spewing out blood and guts in increasingly elaborate ways that will have art lovers laughing and screaming."
