In the previous episode, Vee helped San fight the same villains that the latter accused him of working with. Meanwhile, the poison in San’s body became stronger and he started to feel physical pain. In order to lessen the impact, it was then suggested to him that Vee marry him. Despite initially denying it, San eventually agreed. He then asked Vee to have a fake marriage with him. He said yes in exchange for money, which would help with his grandmother’s treatment. The two then got married in a traditional ceremony. Later, Vee discovered the truth about San.
