British star Jodie Turner-Smith is the latest addition to Showtime's The Agency series.

The Queen & Slim and Acolyte star will play Sami Zahir, a social anthropology professor who has a history with Martian, played by Michael Fassbender. The sizzling cast, which also includes Jeffrey Wright and Richard Gere and is executive produced by George Clooney, has been slowly teased out over the past few weeks.

Based on the French series Le Bureau, the Paramount+ Showtime thriller follows Martian, a covert CIA agent who is ordered to leave his undercover life and return to London Station. When the love he left behind resurfaces, romance is rekindled. His career, his true identity, and his mission are pitted against his very core.
