"I miss playing that role," she said of her turn as Princess Diana in the Netflix series The Crown, which has received 18 nominations. "I miss the people, and I knew that was inevitably going to happen, but the kind of work that we as actors and as heads of departments had to do, the bar that we had to set and the complexity of the work was just so beautifully satisfying to do, and to try to rise to the challenge of that show and its legacy and all the incredible performances that came before it."
