Senators Jinggoy Estrada and Robin Padilla believe there is strong evidence to support criminal charges against two independent contractors of GMA Network, despite their vehement denials that they subjected young actor Sandro Muhlach to sexual harassment.

The Senate Committee on Public Order and Mass Media, headed by Padilla, held a closed session on Monday (August 12) to hear the testimonies of Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz.
Before the closed meeting, Nones and Cruz maintained their innocence of the charges leveled against them.
“It’s a good idea to start by finding out more about how to create your file. Katulad ng sinasabi namin, 'di naman kami short. If you’re in the palace, if you look at it, you can be the boss,” Padilla said.
