"A deadly explosion in the heart of London shatters the world of U.S. Ambassador Kate Wyler (Keri Russell). As she struggles to rebuild the lives that were shattered and the team that was torn apart, Kate's worst fears unfold: the attack that brought her to the U.K. came not from a rival nation, but from within the British government. As Kate pursues the truth, her only true ally is her soon-to-be-ex-husband Hal Wyler (Rufus Sewell), alive and very much involved. She must contend with a fraught marriage, a complex dynamic with British Foreign Secretary Austin Dennison (David Gyasi), and an ominous visit from Vice President Grace Penn (Allison Janney)," the synopsis reads.
