The last episode witnessed Mary Queen of Scotts showing jealousy towards Catherine's rule in France through Charles. Catherine is helped by Diane who wants her to conceive a child to secure a good future. Soon some individuals try to attack her but she manages to escape their notice. Moreover, news of Edith's miracle spreads throughout Europe and The Bourbons look forward to exploit France. In the next episode Charles rebels against his mother, makes his own rules and takes over France.
