The View aired its final episode of the season today. The series will return in September with a new look: the series will move to a new, state-of-the-art studio in downtown Manhattan for season 28.
'The View' Announces New Studio for Season 28!
“After 10 years and 2,143 episodes, this is also the last show we're making from this studio,” co-host Sunny Hostin said after noting that today's episode is the season finale.
“We’re sad to say goodbye,” she continued, “but we’re excited to be moving into a brand new studio downtown — brand new, state-of-the-art — and we’ll see you there in September for the Season 28 premiere of The View.”
The daytime talker has been a permanent resident of ABC's Upper West Side studio at 7 West 66th Street for 10 years. Before that, The View was down the street at 320 W. 66th Street, where it shared the building for a time with ABC soaps All My Children and One Life to Live.
