Norwegian top producer Thomas Robsahm, who has worked on more than 50 films, including Joachim Trier's double Oscar-nominated film "The Worst Person in the World," is gearing up for his busiest film slate ever.

After delivering Lilja Ingolfsdotttir's Karlovy Vary multiple winner "Loveable" and Yenni Lee's "Explosions in My Heart", both of which screened at the New Nordic Films market in Haugesund, Robsahm is gearing up for four film shoots.
First up is “Dancing Queen in Hollywood,” Aurora Gossé’s follow-up to her 2023 family hit “Dancing Queen,” which won multiple awards in 2023, including Best Children’s Film in Zurich, Seattle, and distribution deals in over 30 territories. The feel-good kids’ film, produced for his outfit Amarcord, is currently in post-production with a planned release in 2025. LevelK is handling sales.
The producer, who joined Nordisk Film Production Norway in 2022, has three titles fully financed, ready for the Scandinavian studio. Filming has been underway since July 29: “My First Love” (“Jeg heter Karla”) by debuting director Mari Storstein about wheelchair-using Karla (19) who is placed in a home for people with disabilities, where she finds love.
